Timberland EMEA is looking for an exceptional **SALES COORDINATOR** to join our wholesale team based in **Paris, France**.

**Let’s talk about the role**
You as Sales Coordinator will be joining the team responsible for the Timberland wholesale business in France. Your focus will be to provide back office support to the sales team whilst maintaining relationships with Key Accounts with exceptional service.
**How You Will Make a Difference**
You will achieve this by
- Work with and contribute to Key Account plans to enable solid growth by providing insights gathered from data. This can be based on current performance and the future performance indicators, anticipating trends. You will make suggestions on how to grow the business via product selection, rate of sale and distribution.
- Lead the development of Key Account excellence through all tasks both internal and external. As this is role you will lead the way with standards, you will be involved in how we manage Key Accounts from 360 perspective in every aspect from yearly plans, prebook buying meetings, product proposal, delivery requirements, re-orders and disputes working with sales as well as customer service, credit and the disputes team.
- Weekly meetings with Key Accounts admin teams, store personnel, buyers and provide detailed feedback to Sales Manager on performance and upcoming events.
- Complete and submit all product line sheets, portal inputs, digital assets in time for new season launch.
- Managing and monitoring weekly sell out data and present to Sales Manager/Team
- Be responsible for any delivery requirements such as booking in and following up with the CS or the carrier.
- Ensure all stock levels are appropriate for the foreseeable trade period in both digital and B&M and NOS
**Skills For Success**
You should be able to use your own initiative and work with autonomy.
- The ability to use your own initiative and work towards deadline
- The capability to multitask with great attention to detail
- An understanding of fashion wholesale industry cycle
- A solid expertise in analysing data and using excel
- Solid understanding of the fashion and accessories industry
- A “consumer first” orientation with experience directly working with consumer brands (either as agent, distributor or as employee in a consumer brand company)
A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience, professional achievements and team player attitude.
