**Working Environment**:
Global Payments Solutions department (GPS), is a global line of business and a front-runner in developing our relationships with our Corporate and NBFI Customers. Client Implementation Managers act as the project leaders, in taking charge of steering the end-to-end implementation of the GPS solutions (multi-product, multi-country etc.) that are sold. They work in close collaboration with the GPS Sales and Products teams as well as Customer Groups GBM and/or CMB in France and around the world.

**Your task**:
As part of the Client Implementation Team, you will assist French and International clients with the implementation of their GPS projects to achieve their goals, in particular to streamline their banking pool, secure their transactions and maximise their excesses cash flow.
In practice, a Client Implementation Manager will mainly deal with the following tasks:

- Establishment of project teams and dedicated forms of governance
- Plan the implementation process of the project life
- Organise, arrange, and conduct governing steering committees
- Follow up actions on:

- Supervise contractual aspects relating to established solutions (account openings, communication channels, centralisation of payables/receivables, SEPA)
- Supervise the technical aspects (testing and go-live environments) required for the implementation of purchased solutions
- Maintain and increase the satisfaction of the client with the HSBC Group
Conditions
- High level of Education BAC + 4/5
- Fluent French, fluent English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet and internal information systems
- Good commercial qualities and a strong sense of communication
- Good level of flexibility, a strong sense of organisation, able to adapt, and value the importance of teamwork
