As part of our **Power Up 2026**strategic plan, we are strengthening our central OEM partnership team to support our international growth. We are looking for a **Performance & Strategic Projects Manager**to monitor and steer the performance of OEM partnerships, while playing a key role in the **design and execution of high-impact strategic initiatives**. **Your key responsibilities** Reporting to the Head of Partnerships Operations & Development, you will act as a **business-oriented analyst and project lead**, working closely with central and local teams across countries. **Performance monitoring and data analysis**: - Collect, consolidate and challenge annual targets set by countries - Monitor budget achievements monthly and analyze variances - Build and manage dashboards and KPIs using Power BI - Design and implement a profitability methodology per OEM partner - Oversee the creation and update of the **Country Performance Matrix**combining quantitative and qualitative inputs **Strategic project management**: - Own and animate the OEM Partnerships Playbook - Ensure regular updates, visibility and contribution from relevant teams - Collaborate with Digital & IT on digital partner tools and pricing flows - Contribute to internal projects such as audit follow-ups, strategic briefs, intranet updates, and top-management presentations **Optional - Partner management (based on team evolution)**: - Manage day-to-day relationships with one or more OEM partners at central level - Coordinate partnership activities with country affiliates - Identify new business opportunities and improve local execution - Act as senior representative for the assigned brands within Ayvens **What we’re looking for** **Your background**: - Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school or university - Minimum **5 years’ experience**in leasing, automotive, OEM, or a related industry - Strong business acumen and data fluency - Comfortable working in a **complex, international matrix environment**: - Fluent in English - both written and spoken - Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI **Your mindset**: - Strong analytical and strategic thinking - Detail-oriented, curious and rigorous - Able to work autonomously and take initiative - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders **Why join Ayvens?** - **A strategic, cross-functional role**with high visibility - **International scope**- collaborate with teams across Europe and beyond - A unique opportunity to **help shape a high-growth, transformative function**: - A collaborative, expert, and supportive team environment - A fast-evolving group committed to **sustainable mobility and innovation**: - Real **career development opportunities**in France and internationally **Benefits** - 20% employee discount on Ayvens vehicle rentals - Access to childcare facilities via our Babilou partnership - Sustainable mobility allowance up to €700 per year - Occasional business travel across Europe  **Performance & Strategic Projects Manager - International Partnerships (H/F)**: Localisation : Rueil-Malmaison (92) Contrat : CDI - Temps plein Scope : International - Projets multi-pays Rattachement : Head of Partnerships Operations & Development **Pourquoi ce poste ?**: Avec près de 300 000 véhicules en circulation, les partenariats avec les constructeurs (OEM) sont un pilier stratégique majeur de la croissance d’Ayvens, nouvel acteur mondial de la mobilité durable (filiale du groupe Société Générale). Nous recherchons un(e) Performance & Strategic Projects Manager pour piloter la performance des partenariats OEM et contribuer directement à la structuration de projets stratégiques à fort impact. **Vos missions**: Rattaché(e) au Head of Partnerships Operations & Development, vous intervenez en tant que véritable "business analyst stratégique" auprès des équipes centrales et pays, avec un périmètre d’action large et visible: Pilotage de la performance des partenariats: - Collecte, consolidation et suivi des objectifs pays avec les International Partnership Managers - Suivi budgétaire mensuel et monitoring des performances via Power BI - Conception de dashboards
