TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

**What your background should look like**:
Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Commercial(e) et Administration des Ventes pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et participer à la gestion quotidienne de notre activité commerciale. Sous la responsabilité du responsable de la relation client vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion des commandes et le suivi de la relation client.

**Missions principales**:

- Gestion des offres commerciales : Élaborer et suivre les propositions commerciales en lien avec l’équipe commerciale et les clients.
- Gestion du portefeuille de cotations clients : Assurer un suivi rigoureux des cotations émises et veiller à leur bonne transmission aux clients.
- Réception, contrôle et préparation des commandes : Vérifier les commandes reçues, leur conformité, et préparer leur saisie dans notre système de gestion.
- Saisie des commandes : Saisir et enregistrer les commandes clients de manière précise et rapide.
- Gestion des INCOTERMS : Appliquer les Incoterms appropriés pour chaque commande afin d’assurer un traitement conforme aux règles internationales de transport.
- Revue des commandes : Examiner les commandes pour s’assurer de leur exactitude avant leur validation finale.
- Traitement des avenants de commandes : Gérer les modifications de commandes (ajouts, suppressions, changements de prix) et assurer leur bonne prise en compte.
- Suivi de l’état d’avancement des commandes : Répondre aux demandes des clients concernant l’évolution de leurs commandes et garantir un service client optimal.
- Gestion des demandes d’avoir : Traiter les demandes d’avoir et effectuer les corrections nécessaires sur les commandes.
- Suivi des retours SAV : Prendre en charge les retours produits, assurer leur gestion administrative et suivre les démarches liées au service après-vente.
- Suivi du carnet de commandes : Maintenir une vue d’ensemble sur l’ensemble des commandes à venir, en cours et en attente.
- Gestion des plans d’approvisionnement : Assurer la coordination avec le service approvisionnement afin de garantir la disponibilité des produits.
- Traitement des anomalies de facturation : Identifier et résoudre les écarts de facturation en collaboration avec les services concernés.
- Support administratif : Effectuer diverses tâches administratives, notamment la gestion du standard téléphonique et l’accueil des visiteurs.

**Profil**
- Formation : Bac +2 (type BTS Commerce International, Gestion des Entreprises, etc.) ou expérience équivalente.
- Compétences : Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel), connaissance des INCOTERMS, capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément, rigueur et organisation.
- Expérience : Une première expérience en gestion des commandes ou dans un poste administratif est souhaitée.
- Qualités personnelles : Sens de l’organisation, capacité à travailler en équipe, réactivité, et bon relationnel client.
