What you’ll do & Who you are

Le groupe leboncoin est leader en France sur le marché de l'immobilier en étant la plateforme avec le plus d'audience, diffusant le plus grand nombre d'annonces mais également en ayant une des plus grandes couvertures des professionnels de l'immobilier. Leboncoin leur propose des offres de diffusion d’annonces, de captation de mandats et des offres de publicité digitale. Les équipes commerciales du boncoin sont multiples : Grands comptes, Terrain, Télévente, Customer Success Managers etc.

Au sein de l'équipe Trade Marketing immobilier (6 personnes), vous serez en charge des enjeux CRM (Salesforce) et de la segmentation de notre base de données client au service de la performance commerciale.

Missions

Objectifs : optimiser notre performance commerciale sur nos enjeux d’acquisition / upsell et de rétention.- Analyse et segmentation de la base de données client et de notre CRM (Salesforce):
- Analyse de l’existant pour identifier les priorités- Cleaning, qualification et enrichissement des bases prospects et clients (acquisition de fichiers, analyses, etc.)- Segmentation des clients (réseaux, canaux de vente, etc.)- Collaboration avec équipes Data-science et Process pour concevoir des scorings de leads, prospects chauds, prédictif de churn, opportunités upsell, etc.- Optimisation des outils de pilotage des commerciaux et de leur managers:
- Conception de Dashboards & rapports Salesforce,- Pousser des recommandations d’actions commerciales ciblées,- Formations des sales sur les outils et process, etc.-
- Accompagnement client et fidélisation,- Upsell et présentation des fonctionnalités produit,- Lead generation et lead nurturing, etc.- Plans d’actions suite à analyse de la performance- Analyse du Lead Cycle pour améliorer process et outils- Déduire des plan d’actions suite aux analyses des résultats commerciaux issues des équipes _Performance Commerciale_- Suivi et analyse des résultats marketing (génération de leads)- Co-construire des offres promotionnelles (acquisition, rétention, etc.)

Qualifications:
- Profil Marketing B2B- Entre 5 et 10 ans d'expérience.- Idéalement connait Salesforce / CRM B2B pour la génération de leads et d’opportunités.- Appétence pour l’analyse de la data, maîtrise de Google sheet / excel, rigueur et souci du détail.- Sens commercial et business : est drivé par les résultats, sait convaincre et argumenter.- Chef de projet avec de bonnes capacités de coordination transverse d’équipes, bonne aisance relationnelle et grande faculté d'adaptation.- Proactivité, autonomie, esprit critique et capacité à prendre du recul,- Vos amis louent votre talent pour cuisiner des muffins, cupcakes et autres cookies, c’est un atout non négligeable.
