Tu lis les avis clients avant d'acheter en ligne ?_ - Tu rêves d'intégrer une équipe en mode "start-up", tout en profitant de la solidité d'un groupe international de plus de 800 personnes ?_ - Trusted Shops est le leader européen des avis clients et de la confiance digitale, indispensable au succès des e-commerçants. 30.000 sites marchands en Europe l’ont bien compris et utilisent déjà les solutions Trusted Shops._ **En tant que « Sales New Business », tu exerceras les activités suivantes**: - Gestion d'un portefeuille de prospects sur la base d'une liste établie par notre équipe Lead Management. - Analyse des besoins des prospects et promotions de nos solutions SaaS e-commerce. - Conseil et suivi jusqu’à la signature du contrat avec mise à jour de l’outil CRM (Salesforce). Ta cible sont les e-commerçants français, et francophones de Suisse et de Belgique générant un chiffre d’affaires annuel de minimum 1M€. Ils proviennent de différents secteurs d’activités. Après ton premier trimestre réussi avec nous, tu recevras des inbounds à recontacter. Nous avons également un réseau d’agences partenaires et nous confions la relation avec elles à nos Sales, tu seras ainsi amené(e) à développer ton réseau et à le transformer en véritable source d’opportunités. Le cycle de vente est en moyenne de 2 mois. La découverte et l’écoute du client sont essentielles pour offrir le bon pack de base et les options associées. Le Sales est le premier maillon pour la mise en place du Success Plan avec nos clients, il collabore avec les Account Managers pour le transfert du contrat de l’équipe “New Business” à l’équipe “Existing Business”. **Des infos supplémentaires**: - Poste 100% sédentaire - Ce poste est hybride avec 3 jours de présence au sein de nos bureaux lillois et 2 jours de télétravail **Et le process de recrutement?** C'est simple, il y a 3 étapes: - un échange téléphonique de max 20 minutes avec Victoire, la recruteuse - un échange en visio avec Bérangère, Country Manager France - le "Practical Day" (1h environ) avec des mises en situations liées au poste **Ton Profil**: - Expérience dans le SaaS BtoB. - Connaissance de la gestion des différents cycles de vente. - Âme commerciale, organisation, rigueur et dynamisme. - 2+ ans expérience en tant que commercial(e) sédentaire, business developer, commercial(e) terrain, ingénieur commercial, account manager est fortement recommandée - Anglais requis (niveau B2 minimum) car c’est la langue officielle de la société et la langue de l’onboarding. - BUILD A COMMUNITY OF TRUST WITH US_ - #cometotr**us**t Not sure if you are what we are looking for?
