QLM Search is partnering a specialist US based ingredients group that is looking to appoint a Sales Director for their European business. Reporting to the Business Unit Chief Sales Officer and forming part of a the global sales leadership team, the role will be instrumental in delivering their 5 year commercial strategy in this specialist Ingredients division across Europe. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective Ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the business. Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential. Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure the business is meeting their needs and driving customer satisfaction. Manage individual sales targets and KPIs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and product launches. Candidates in this individual contributor Sales Director position MUST have proven experience as a Sales Director within the B2B Food Ingredients (Food safety/preservation an advantage) sector.
