We are currently looking for a **Billing A/R Manager** to support our growth. As a member of the Finance team, you are responsible for managing the Billing team & projects globally.

**Roles and responsibilities**

Proactively drive/own the billing process and prepare analyses as required:

- Ensure invoices are timely, accurate, and complete in accordance with the customer’s guidelines and expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
- Perform appropriate follow up on any issues or mistakes and resolving when necessary.
- Prepare & help managing the statutory audits for revenue side.
- Provide financial reporting, on an as need basis, for a range of client deliverables including monthly accrual reporting

Ability to provide strong leadership and promote growth and development:

- Develop and Manage the Billing A/R team (3 to 4 people) in their day-to-day performance
- Be a partner with Controlling team for A/R & Revenues reporting but also for supporting the development in our fast-growing business
- Distribute weekly tasks and ensure good level of service to questions and concerns questions/requests

Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency:

- Implement and monitor Billing related projects (ticketing automation for billing requests, simplify and automate the Billing processes, automate orders/SO process...)
- Develop and supervise the Cash collection process and A/R Aging Balance analysis
- Use problem-solving skills to develop solutions and procedures to improve work flow process

**Profile**
- Fluent in French and English
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks and consistently meet deadlines
- ERP & Excel skills + tech appetence (tools & software)
- Minimum of3/5 years in Billing department
- A Successful first experience as a Manager
- Team spirit, proactiveness, autonomy and excellence
- Organized and structured but also agile and resilient
- Focused on finding solutions and overcoming challenges
