Production Planning and Execution

Develop detailed production plans covering major processes such as mixing, filling, and packaging according to the company's production tasks and sales demands. Arrange the production schedule reasonably to ensure that production tasks are completed on time and in quantity.

Monitor the implementation of production plans, promptly coordinate and solve problems arising during the production process, such as material shortages and equipment failures, to ensure the smooth progress of the production process and reduce production delays.

Production Process Management

Take full responsibility for the daily management of the front-line cosmetics production, covering major production processes including mixing, filling, and packaging. Strictly control the production quality and efficiency of each process.

Guide and supervise employees to operate production equipment correctly, ensuring accurate mixing ratios, qualified filling quantities, and standardized packaging. Strictly enforce production process standards and operating procedures.

Regularly inspect the production site, strengthen 5S management, create a clean, orderly, and safe production environment, and improve production efficiency and product quality.

Quality Management and Control

Establish and improve the quality control system during the production process, formulate quality inspection standards and procedures, and conduct strict inspections on semi-finished products during mixing, filled finished products, and packaged finished products to ensure that products meet relevant national regulations and the company's quality requirements.

Organize the analysis of quality problems in the production process, formulate and implement effective corrective and preventive measures, continuously improve product quality, and reduce the defective rate.

Cooperate with the quality department to complete product quality certifications, customer quality audits, and other work, and provide relevant materials and data in a timely manner.

Team Management and Training

Be responsible for the daily management of front-line production employees, including personnel deployment, attendance management, performance appraisal, etc., fully mobilize the work enthusiasm and initiative of employees, and improve team cohesion and combat effectiveness.

According to the skill levels and job requirements of employees, formulate training plans, organize skill training and safety production training, and improve employees' professional abilities and safety awareness.

Pay attention to the career development of employees, provide promotion opportunities and career planning guidance, and cultivate outstanding production backbones.

Cost Control and Equipment Management

Strictly control various costs during the production process, including raw material consumption, energy consumption, labor costs, etc., formulate cost control measures, reduce production costs, and improve production efficiency.

Formulate equipment maintenance plans, organize daily maintenance, repair, and upkeep of equipment, ensure the normal operation of equipment, extend the service life of equipment, and reduce the impact of equipment failures on production.

Participate in the selection, procurement, installation, and commissioning of new equipment, put forward reasonable suggestions, and improve the automation level and production efficiency of equipment.

III. Qualification Requirements

Education and Major：College degree or above. Majors related to chemical engineering, cosmetics technology, food science and engineering, industrial engineering, etc. are preferred.

Work Experience：With more than 3 years of front-line work experience in the cosmetics industry and more than 1 year of work experience as a production supervisor. Familiar with major production processes of cosmetics such as mixing, filling, and packaging. Those with work experience in OEM/ODM cosmetics factories are preferred.

Professional Skills

Proficiently master cosmetics production processes and quality control standards, and be able to independently solve technical problems arising during the production process.

Familiar with production planning, production scheduling, cost control and other production management knowledge, with strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Have certain equipment management knowledge and be able to carry out daily maintenance and simple fault troubleshooting of production equipment.

Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PPT, and be able to conduct production data statistics and analysis.
