In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute alongside our Account Manager and Account Director, driving business growth and elevating client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the management of a diverse portfolio of accounts and projects, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
- Assist in cultivating and nurturing relationships with our international clients, under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to identifying and pursuing opportunities for business development within the pharmaceutical and life sciences markets.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including creative and project management teams based in Vietnam and the Philippines.
- Provide support to clients throughout the campaign lifecycle, from initial ideation to delivery.
- Embrace a proactive and solution-oriented approach to assist in meeting client needs within budget and timeline constraints.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Sales, or a related field.
- Interest in or basic knowledge of the medical/pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with digital/IT environments is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Passion for delivering excellence and contributing to client satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
