**About the Role**:
Join Goodyear as **Sales Key Account Manager Lead**and take ownership of one of our most important European accounts. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and delivering a comprehensive Key Account Plan across Europe and in the home country. Your goal: drive performance, achieve targets (Volume, gross profit, DSO), and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic and operational excellence.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop and own the Key Account Plan, ensuring clear direction and accountability across internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing).
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies, deploy marketing plans, evaluate financial viability, and analyze performance using internal tools and market data.
- Act as the key liaison between European and local teams to ensure alignment and success in both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
- Participate in high-impact negotiations when needed and maintain strong relationships with local Key Account Managers.
- Ensure consistent communication and strategy execution across all regions involved.

**Your Profile**:
**Experience & Education**:

- University degree (preferably in Business, Economics, or Technical fields).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales.
- Automotive or Car Dealer industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in **English and French**, both written and spoken.

**Skills**:

- Strong sales orientation and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent data and market trend analysis skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong planning and execution capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Customer Experience Management and Product Management.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work in a cross-cultural, cross-functional environment.
