**About the Role**:
- Join Goodyear as **Sales Key Account Manager Lead**and take ownership of one of our most important European accounts. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and delivering a comprehensive Key Account Plan across Europe and in the home country. Your goal: drive performance, achieve targets (Volume, gross profit, DSO), and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic and operational excellence.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Develop and own the Key Account Plan, ensuring clear direction and accountability across internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing).-
Lead cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies, deploy marketing plans, evaluate financial viability, and analyze performance using internal tools and market data.-
Act as the key liaison between European and local teams to ensure alignment and success in both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.-
Participate in high-impact negotiations when needed and maintain strong relationships with local Key Account Managers.-
Ensure consistent communication and strategy execution across all regions involved.**Your Profile**:
**Experience & Education**:
University degree (preferably in Business, Economics, or Technical fields).-
Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales.-
Automotive or Car Dealer industry experience is a strong advantage.-
Fluent in **English and French**, both written and spoken.**Skills**:
Strong sales orientation and results-driven mindset.-
Excellent data and market trend analysis skills.-
Strategic thinker with strong planning and execution capabilities.-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.-
Experience in Customer Experience Management and Product Management.-
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work in a cross-cultural, cross-functional environment.**What We Offer**:
