THE ROLE

This role will support the Trade Marketing Director in the development and execution of Skincare events both online and offline managing large PR events with press / retailers or customers, in-store VIP events coordination with the markets, internal skincare events, management of assets needed to reach excellence in executio n.
Those events will create a strong resonance for Coty Skincare brands, on digital and social communications to drive brand awareness. This role will have direct oversight and be responsible for the tactical execution of online & offline events across markets, oversight of external agencies and vendors, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The Skincare Events Manager will deliver and oversee the development of all support materials needed to master perfect execution for those events and build guidelines for markets.

**Responsibilities**:
Support the development of Skincare communication strategies
Understand and support the 360 communications model and to translate it in key relevant events for the brand
Plan skincare events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
Come up with suggestions to enhance the events success
Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, PR / IM / Media team and connecting online and offline communication execution strategy
Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Support the development of breakthrough tools and assets to drive coverage, experiential activations, content creation (videos, images, interviews), partnerships
Coordinate all operations, work with external PR agencies, Influencers, landlords and the markets to ensure event success
Define and drive guidelines with markets according to events deployment from global to local
Ensure events are completed smoothly and step up to be a problem solver
Analyze the events success and prepare reports
Facilitate collaboration with the License to ensure successful execution of strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Key requirements & skills
6+ years of experience creating and executing communications events
Strong English Language skills (speaking and written) required
Experience in a branded luxury business
Experience in major events organization at global and local levels
Experience working with or in the Chinese Market with background on the landscape, platforms, influencer talent and ways of working
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Collaborative spirit with a positive, problem-solving mindset
Strong understanding of social media and the influencer landscape
Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking and creativity, balanced with a sense of business prioritization
Active learner who is willing to experiment and be open minded to new ideas and technology Must be able to manage a multitude of assignments at once and prioritize appropriately with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Global experience preferred
