Vox Populi est une association dédiée à la promotion de la diversité, de l'inclusion et de l'égalité des chances, particulièrement dans les secteurs professionnels créatifs et sociaux. Dans le cadre de notre partenariat avec un leader mondial de l'industrie de la beauté, nous recrutons un(e) stagiaire pour soutenir leur équipe RH dans la gestion des mobilités internationales et des avantages globaux.

**Missions principales**:
**Mobilité Internationale et Avantages Globaux**
- Aider à la mise en place de packages de compensation et avantages pour les collaborateurs en mobilité internationale
- Suivre les processus de relocalisation et assurer la conformité avec les politiques internes de mobilité internationale
- Participer à l’audit global des avantages et à la mise en œuvre de plans de communication pour le programme d’avantages mondiaux
- Analyser les KPIs et contribuer à des projets d’amélioration des processus RH

**Collaboration avec l’équipe RH**
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes RH locales et globales, le centre de services partagés et d’autres départements
- Acquérir une compréhension approfondie des rôles en compensation & benefits (Comp&Ben) et de leur impact stratégique sur les objectifs de l’entreprise

**Profil recherché**:

- Étudiant(e) en gestion des ressources humaines, finance ou dans un domaine similaire
- Première expérience dans le domaine des RH ou de la finance serait un plus
- Maîtrise du français et/ou de l’anglais
- Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et capable de gérer des informations sensibles

Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et dynamique
