**Présentation du Groupe**
Air Liquide Home Healthcare business is engaged in a profound business transformation enabled by Digital, known as “Value-Based Healthcare” (VBHC), with the objective to provide optimized and individualized care to our 2M+ patients.

Digital & IT Healthcare (D&IT HC) organization has been set-up on January 1st, 2021 to support this strategy. It develops and distributes Digital Solutions enabling VBHC for Home Healthcare (HHC) affiliates across the world. These solutions are branded “TechCARE”. In Europe, D&IT HC organization also delivers to some HHC affiliates other products and services, such as legacy ERP (SAP Chorus), and is the channel through which Infrastructure services from GIO are delivered to the affiliates.

SAP Chorus is an ERP solution provided to 4 European Countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy and Belgium composed of 4 Products/ Functional Areas : Supply Chain, Purchasing, Active Cycle / Billing, Finance and Controlling. The SAP Chorus Delivery is ensured by Run and Build Teams with services provided by internal (Air Liquide) and external subcontractors.

Homes Europe is a custom mobile solution interconnected with SAP and operated by internal Air Liquide company Alizent. It is composed of two modules dedicated to Warehouse activities and field services.

**Missions & Responsabilités**
- ensure timely and accurate day to day service delivery to end users in line with the SLAs
- evaluate the performance of the service and measure the users satisfaction
- being an expert in SAP technical and/or functional area, contribute to the incidents troubleshooting
- ensure smooth communication between the support teams and customers
- lead problem management process and continuous service improvement
- propose product evolutions to ensure better user satisfaction and increase efficiency
- lead change management and release to production process
- build the product vision including functional, technical and user experience design aspects
- contribute to the development of IT knowledge base, solutions documentation and service catalog
- focus on the solutions security (digital risk assessment) and GDPR compliance
- help to evaluate impact and define the delivery priority

**Profil et compétences**
7+ years of work experience with expertise in SAP Supply Chain, technico-fonctionnel area,

experience of piloting a service or a team
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Proficient in both written and oral English, communicative in French
- Business & Client-oriented
- Empathy with internal & external customers, and able to work across a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to build strong relationships across a variety of teams
- Ability to communicate in a clear, collaborative, transparent and effective manner
