Vos missions:
**Contribution à l'élaboration des règles en matière de déplacements professionnels en coordination avec la Direction des Achats Groupe et la Direction des Ressources Humaines**:

- Proposer (ou participer à la rédaction) des procédures internes visant à fluidifier et contrôler la chaîne de commande des déplacements professionnels depuis la demande de déplacement jusqu'au paiement.

**Analyse, contrôle des prestations de déplacements professionnels**:

- Identification, synthèse des non-conformités de voyage,
- Proposer, mettre en place des analyses des habitudes de voyage en vue d'optimiser leurs coûts (anticipation des réservations, billets full flex, délais de validation, suivi des budgets).

**Support à la gestion des déplacements professionnels**:

- Intervenir auprès des utilisateurs pour faciliter et faire évoluer l'utilisation des solutions déployées, former les utilisateurs aux outils de réservation, accompagner les assistantes dans les réservations.

**Diffusion en interne des règles, procédures de la politique déplacements professionnels**:

- Organiser et animer des réunions internes pour favoriser la mise en place des bonnes pratiques et le respect des règles établies.

**Organisation des déplacements professionnels.**

Vous avez la connaissances du secteur du voyage d'affaires pour prendre en charge la relation avec les agences de déplacements professionnels et avec les autres prestataires. À l'aise avec les outils informatiques.

Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, car le Travel Manager est amené à exploiter des données provenant de sources multiples.

Dynamisme pour gérer efficacement les relations avec les différents services.
