**Job Description**:
Rattaché(e) au Responsable des « Projets Stratégiques Finance / Core Finance Projects », le/la Chef de projets Finance Senior accompagne la Direction Financière du Groupe dans la mise en œuvre de ses projets de transformation, et d'optimisation, les plus stratégiques et complexes.

Dans ce contexte, vous participerez à des projets variées telles que:

- l'optimisation de modèles organisationnels,
- l'amélioration de la performance,
- la mise en place de nouveaux outils,
- la recherche de l'excellence opérationnelle auprès des Directions Financières de l’ensemble du Groupe.

Vous êtes responsable du bon déroulement des projets dans le respect des échéances.***

Vous intégrerez une équipe à taille humaine reconnue pour sa capacité à répondre aux défis liés à la transformation d’une direction financière et à accompagner les équipes pour agir concrètement au service du Groupe et de nos artistes

**Qualifications**:
Diplômé(e) d’une grande école d’ingénieurs, de commerce ou d’un cursus universitaire de haut niveau. Vous avez une expérience confirmée de 4 à 8 ans en cabinet de conseil ou dans une grande entreprise sur des projets de transformation, ou d'optimisation, de la fonction finance.

**Une expérience, ou qualification, sur des projets de type Lean est un vrai plus.**

Vous êtes rigoureux (se), curieux (se), autonome et ouvert(e) aux projets de tous types.Vous savez piloter des projets et mobiliser des équipes - rejoignez-nous

Vous avez un Anglais courant et une maîtrise d'Excel et PowerPoint.
