In Paris, our dedicated index products sales team is in charge of promoting Xtrackers ETFs for France and the Middle East.

We are looking for an intern for this Paris-based team.

Supporting ETF (Exchange-Traded Fund) sales people in analysis and business development for France and MENA regions in collaboration with the portfolio management teams (based in London and Frankfurt), the marketing teams (based in Frankfurt) and the Capital Markets teams (based in London).

**You can expect**:

- Experience in DWS International with strong interaction with all the teams of the bank
- A deepening of knowledge in ETFs industry
- A comprehensive approach to the financial markets through investment support on all asset classes (Equities, Bonds, Commodities) and derivatives (swap, futures and repo. markets)
- A springboard for the Graduate Program in DWS International

**Your key responsibilities**:
The intern will be assisting the sales people in their daily tasks in close collaboration with the management, trading, marketing and support teams based in London and Frankfurt:

- Support for commercial actions
- Contribution to the production of customer presentations linked to Financial markets evolutions (Equities, Fixed Income and commodities), marketing materials on specific product push and other sales documents
- Help in following up customer requests: reportings, demands on ETF or underlying markets
- Competitive intelligence (competitor activity, market trends, product flows and news on ETF markets)

**Your skills and experience**:

- Fluent in French is mandatory, fluent English
- Analytical skills and synthetic thinking
- Strong writing, presentation skills
- Strong interest of financial analysis and industry
- Mastery of the main software (Excel macro and statistic formulas, PowerPoint and Word)
- Autonomy, initiative and sense of responsibility (rigor and intellectual honesty)
- First experience in financial sector (bank investment), knowledge on product
- Interpersonal skills, team player and attention to details
- You must be eligible to work in France with a valid convention de stage
