**Position & Requirements**

**Main tasks**:
Reporting to the Distribution Manager, and working in collaboration with the sales/customer service and marketing teams, you will contribute to the day-to-day activities of the sales teams and will have the following main tasks:

- Investment and Commercial Activity Support:

- Participation in weekly team sales meetings
- Monitoring daily flows & sending portfolios and allocations to invested clients
- Production and dispatch of dedicated client reports
- Support in the production of performance commentary
- Participation in the production/update & development of sales presentations (EN/ FR)
- Contribution to the follow-up of client requests
- Participation in 121 meetings and client events with the sales team
- Support Activities Client Servicing & Marketing:

- Help with the production of pitches for Robeco products
- Research on investment themes
- Contribution to updates and monitoring of the CRM database in connection with client activities
- Optimization of processes and tools used for sales follow-up
- Help manage cross-functional sales/marketing projects

**Profile**:

- Gap year or end-of-studies internship
- Appetence for financial issues
- Fluent English / French essential
- Excellent writing skills in French/English
- Highly adaptable to a technical environment
- Good command of office tools (Excel / PowerPoint)
- Autonomy, proactivity, creativity, curiosity and thoroughness

**Compensation**:
Paid internship

**Duration**:
6 months, full-time - to be filled from late July 2025 / based in Paris
