**What will you be doing?**
Your mission will be to define and lead the strategy for penetrating emerging markets with InSpek’s technology, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will play a cri+cal role in shaping our business strategy by providing insights derived from market and competitive analysis, while highlighting the unique value and differentiation of our products and assets.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including product, sales, and executive leadership—you will drive marketing initiatives that align with our business goals and fuel our growth in the market.
**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the CEO, you will assume as main missions and responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify our position in the
market, market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities
- Define marketing and pricing strategy for our offerings aligned with our business strategy
- Define and implement marketing strategy and marketing plans for our offerings and products
- Encourage the launch of the first products on the market, and the development of a complete range based on customer needs
- Ensure coordination and alignment between the executive, R&D and sales teams to ensure all promotional and marketing materials are up to date
- Contribute to discussions with customers and participate in making the first sales
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in
marketing
**Competencies**
- 5+ years as Product Manager (or equivalent position)
- 10+ years of experience in the field of bioprocessing and in a role exposed to customers and key business stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both in articulating technical concepts to clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management, leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing marketing team,
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans,
- Solid understanding of the biotech ecosystem, including knowledge of target markets, customer segments, and industry trends
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI on marketing investments,
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies
- Proficiency in English (French is a plus)
- Availability to travel in and out of France
