As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the role of Sr Analyst, Demand Planning Process, EMENA will be pivotal in modernizing our operations capabilities across McCain Foods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Implement technology and process solutions for the EMENA Region in collaboration with the region and global team for their specific area of focus.
- Ensure adequate testing is completed for specific area of focus in EMENA Region.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on business requirements and priorities into user friendly system capabilities.
- Ensure alignment between ERP and planning technology solution design and the globally consistent S&OP process.
- Prioritize system usability and end user adoption in the design of the system.
- Provide escalation of cross-functional decisions to Transformation Leadership Team.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of supply chain planning or related experience.
- Knowledgeable on process mapping and design.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across several functions and regions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose solutions.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a bias towards action.
- Experience with successful deployment of ERP and/or planning technology (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, etc.).
