We are currently looking for our new Field Services Technician (F/M) based in South-East of Paris to reinforce our existing team.

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche de notre nouveau Field Services Technician (F/H) basé au Sud-Est de Paris pour renforcer notre équipe existante. Il s’agit d’un poste en Home Office avec des déplacements sur les sites clients en région parisienne et dans la moitié nord de la France et de temps en temps en France/Suisse.

A ce rôle, vous délivrez un service technique de qualité (installation, maintenance, réparations, assistance...) afin de fournir un support optimal à tous nos clients principalement en France mais aussi en Europe.

Nos clients sont majoritairement les centres R&D, l’industrie pharmaceutique et l’agro-industrie. Vous êtes responsable de l’expérience du service client Sartorius en ce qui concerne les technologies de purification et de fermentation au sein de l’équipe.

Le poste concerne les activités techniques liées à deux types de produits:
**1/ La gamme Fermentation avec des systèmes de gestion des fluides et des fermenteurs de laboratoire et industriels**

**2/ La gamme Purification avec des équipements de laboratoire et industriels utilisés pour les systèmes de chromatographie et de filtration**

- Fournir un service et une assistance à la clientèle lors de visites sur le terrain ou d’expéditions
- Participer à la planification avec notre service administratif pour adapter le flux de travail
- Gérez l’ensemble des tâches d’installation, de réparation, de maintenance et de test sur site
- Diagnostiquer les erreurs ou les problèmes techniques et déterminer les solutions appropriées
- Produire des rapports de service détaillés et en temps approprié
- Suivre le Processus de documentation
- Conduire le véhicule de manière sécuritaire et utiliser les systèmes mis à disposition sur le terrain avec précaution.
- Suivre toutes les procédures et protocoles en place dans l’entreprise
- Coopérer avec l’équipe technique et partager des informations au sein de l’organisation
- Comprendre les exigences des clients et faire des recommandations/briefings appropriés
- Établir des relations positives avec les clients et les collègues

**What will convince us - Ce qui va nous convaincre**
- Diplôme ou certification technique en maintenance industrielle, mécanique, génie électrique, pneumatique ou équivalent
- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience avérée sur ce type de poste
- Capacité à dépanner, tester, réparer et entretenir des équipements techniques
- Niveau d’anglais professionnel à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Capacité à travailler de façon flexible et à s’adapter aux horaires de travail changeants
- La connaissance d’une ou plusieurs gammes de produit et du milieu pharmaceutique sera un plus
