**The Senior User Experience Research Role**
As a Senior User Experience Researcher at Qlik, you’ll help shape better product decisions through impactful research.
Partnering with designers, product managers, and developers, you’ll lead studies that bring user needs to life, while helping scale and mature our UX research practice across the organization.

- ** Lead meaningful research**: Design and conduct studies using methods like interviews, usability tests, surveys, and field research in complex user environments.
- ** Turn insight into action**: Translate findings into clear, impactful recommendations that directly inform design and product strategy.
- ** Champion users across teams**: Be a trusted voice of the user, embedding human-centered thinking in every product conversation.
- ** Build research capability**: Create repeatable, scalable research processes and mentor others on best practices.
- ** Drive inclusive practices**: Recruit diverse participants and design research that reflects the real-world experiences of our users.
- ** Stay ahead of the curve**: Keep Qlik’s research practice modern by staying on top of emerging tools, trends, and UX thought leadership.
**We’re looking for a teammate with the following experience**:
- 5+ years’ experience in user research, research operations and usability research and analysis.
- Degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, psychology, social sciences, or equivalent working experience
- Proficiency in using research tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
