**The missions**

MyScript offers cutting-edge technology supported by a team of passionate researchers, developers and engineers.

The IT team is part of MyScript's Techno department - which also includes the Research, Toolkits, Applications and Platform teams - a total of 60 people. Its modus operandi is based on two pillars: rigor and method.

**Your mission**

Expertise: as a system and support administrator, you'll make sure that the hardware and IT system is up and running, enabling the company's business and employees to operate at optimum efficiency.

Support: you work as part of the IT team alongside the CISO, the head of the IT team, and a sys admin. On a daily basis, you will interact with all MyScript teams.

Project: your main role will be user support, but the position has real potential for development into a sys admin and network.

**Your main achievements**

You follow up user support requests.

You are in charge of managing the user's computer equipment (installation, audit, supervision, updates, output, etc.), both software and hardware.

You manage the hardware purchasing process.

You write documentation.

You are in charge of Level 1 system administration, including:

- DNS
- DHCP
- Active Directory

You deploy projects related to the management of the user base.

You supervise the IS.

**Profile**:
**Is this job for you?**

The ideal profile is:
2 or 3 years' higher education in IT.

At least 3 years' successful experience in a similar position.

You know:

- Active Directory
- Azure (Office 365)
- OS: Windows (Mac and Linux would be a plus)
- GLPI
- Zabbix

In general, you have a strong sense of service, rigor and method.

You know how to refer to and respect established procedures, and are autonomous on a daily basis.

A good level of fluent English is required, as your various contacts are not necessarily French-speaking.
