**About the role**:
This is a real opportunity to join a growing company within a committed legal team. As part of our dynamic legal team, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing, intellectual property, and IT-related activities while contributing to our global growth and reputation.
**YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT)**:
- Act as the primary legal contact for the Marketing team, providing clear and practical advice on advertising compliance, consumer protection, promotional campaigns, and brand usage.
- Handle IP/IT-related agreements, including licensing, software as a service (SaaS) and all types of marketing and brand related contracts.
- Oversee the company’s trademark and domain name portfolio: filings, renewals, disputes, and strategy
- Monitor and manage IP-related pre-litigation and litigation matters, including infringements, counterfeit, and unfair competition issues
- Partner with marketing, product, tech, and other business teams to support innovation while ensuring legal compliance.
- Assist in implementing tools and processes to enhance the Legal Team’s efficiency and scalability. A keen interest in integrating AI into the legal team’s processes is also considered a plus.
- Knowledge of data privacy law is a plus.
**YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF**:
- Fluent in both French and English (Being bilingual in English would be a real plus)
- A Master's**Degree in Intellectual Property Law, IT Law, consumption law or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience including at an international law firm or prior in-house experience, with exposure to advertising and consumer law.
- Highly organized, motivated, rigorous and detail oriented, and have a sense of urgency and an ability to prioritize tasks
- A genuine interest in e-commerce, technology, and innovation.
- Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders, where excellent both legal and business judgment is key
- Strong ability to lead projects
- Excellent communication skills
