Your personality will be your best skillWorking in close collaboration with all Cegos subsidiaries, you’ll contribute to international sales and business development, building awareness of Cegos Group as a global L&D partner for our international clients and actively contributing to IP leads transformation, supporting the IP network and countries' teams.

Your missions

Reporting to the Head of International Projects, you’ll contribute to international clients’ prospection and development, supporting the sales of international projects and the creation of an international MTS business plan:
- Projects:

- Actively follow up and energise the Top65 business growth plan.
- Support the corporate and local teams in the creation of an international MTS business plan.
- Help prepare and co-facilitate the IBB Alumni community and meetings, and the Client Corner.
- Commercial:

- Help prepare and eventually participate in prospection client meetings positioning Cegos as a global Learning & Development partner.
- Team up and participate on the response of big international RFIs.
- Guide and support salespeople presenting them key corporate resources when dealing with international clients.
- Facilitate connection points among the Cegos salespeople network.
- Respond to incoming spontaneous leads through the web, with a first qualifying contact to then transferr to the best-fit lead entity.
- IP transformation:

- Create and share valuable sales collaterals and IP resources to support the subsidiaries with their international business.
- Team up and participate on the analysis, proposal and pitch in big international RFPs.
- Support the IP pricing and negotiations phase with clients.
- Guide and support salespeople / project managers for effective IP transformation.
- IP repositories management:

- Maintain the IBB and IP X-Selling community channels.
- Maintain and enhance the best practice repositories in DAM.
- Contribute to the overall missions of IP, such as: contribute to IP business growth, promote Cegos visibility as a global L&D partner, master the commercials and storytelling of the Group Learning Collection, foster IP network collaboration for international leads.

You’re a hands-on, dynamic, collaborative and resourceful professional, with a strong orientation towards business, clients and sales development.

You’re passionate for learning and feel motivated by challenge. You have good relationship building skills, an open mindset towards different ways of working and you have experience working on the international scene.

You will enjoy being an ambassador of Cegos Group’s value proposition, helping your colleagues to position Cegos as a global L&D partner among clients (which you can also do yourself).

You have a good digital acumen, excellent communication and persuasion skills, and you do not feel discouraged by objections: they are for you an opportunity to grow.

You appreciate working in a diverse and international environment.
