Nous recrutons un Growth marketer pour une entreprise à rayonnement international dans le secteur du service automobile.
Vos missions:
Intégré(e) à l'équipe Growth, votre mission principale sera d'améliorer le taux de transformation de nos sites web. Vous mettrez en place une roadmap de tests en collaboration avec le Head of growth sur différents leviers et prendrez le lead sur l'implémentation et l'analyse quantitative de ces tests pour prendre des décisions GO / No GO sur la mise en production.
Les leviers existants
- AB Testing : Améliorer l'expérience utilisateur et le taux de transformation de nos sites grâce à la mise en place de tests AB (outil principal : AB Tasty)
- Personnalisation : Travailler la personnalisation du parcours client de nos visiteurs de la visite à l'achat pour améliorer le taux de transformation et de repeat business (outil principal : AB Tasty)
- Parrainage : Améliorer la viralité de nos campagnes de parrainage (outil principaux : Customer.io, réseaux sociaux)
- Remarketing : Granulariser nos audiences de remarketing et optimiser nos campagnes pour afficher le bon message au bon endroit et au bon moment (outil principaux : Facebook Ads, Google Ads)

En plus des leviers listés ci-dessus, vous serez amené(e) à explorer ou à collaborer sur le test de nouveaux leviers, idées, ou opérations spéciales permettant d'améliorer le taux de transformation de nos sites. Par exemple : Outil de pricing, Application clients, Utilisation de Programmatique/Criteo/Affiliation en Remarketing
Votre profil:
- Formation supérieure dans le secteur du marketing digital.
- Première expérience significative en marketing digital
- Connaissances référencement payant (SEA) et référencement naturel
- Maitrise de l'Anglais B2 minimum.
