Web3 Fullstack Engineer

Full time - Paris or London hybrid or Remote from Western EU_ **Kiln is now part of the prestigious French Government program**#FT120** from**La French Tech****: **Responsibilities**: - Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy. - Be an active contributor within the Fullstack squad owning Kiln user-facing products (Dashboard, Widget). - Design, develop and implement new features: - 70% frontend (e.g. using our design system to build new features or adding new components to it ). - 30% backend (e.g. implement the transaction crafting part for a new protocol ). - Participate in code review, test and CI/CD processes, bug fixing, and code maintenance. - Interact with customers for debugging purposes and product discovery. - Make sure we respect any software security norms (Kiln is a SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 company). - Actively suggest continuous improvement of Kiln's platform and engineering practices. - Communicate with other Kiln teams to help them understand the Software roadmap and technical challenges. - Stack:_ TypeScript, React, PHP/Laravel, REST API_ - Other engineering stacks:_ Software (Golang); Smart contract (Solidity); Infrastructure (Kubernetes)_ **Requirements**: - ** +3 years of experience as a Software Engineer** (Backend, Frontend, or Fullstack), designing, building, and deploying user-facing and **API-based products**. - ** Proven TypeScript and React programming skills** — professional experience in a production environment. - Familiar with software development best practices (Test, CI/CD, DevOps, Security ). - Previous experience collaborating in a team-based development environment is required (sprints, code reviews, standups, problem-solving sessions). - Curiosity and ability to dig into a topic and follow through. - Ability to balance between impact and thoroughness in a fast-paced environment. - ** Experience in web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency,**or proven personal experience** (eg.
