Vp of Engineering

We are seeking a **VP of Engineering** to lead our engineering organization, drive execution, and scale our technical operations. As a key leadership figure, you will own **team management, execution, and operational excellence**, working closely with the CTO and the CPO to align technical strategy with business goals.

- Grown our team to more than 170 employees

**Your Role & Responsibilities**
- **Engineering Execution & Delivery**: Own agile processes, sprint planning, and release management to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
- **Team & Talent Leadership**: Define org structure, hire top-tier engineers, and foster a culture of ownership and collaboration.
- **Operational & Financial Oversight**: Manage engineering budgets, optimize cloud costs, and drive vendor selection.
- **Technical Quality & DevOps**: Continuously improve best practices for CI/CD, security, scalability, and incident management.
- **Metrics & Reporting**: Track and report key engineering KPIs to executive leadership.

**What You Bring**
- Proven experience leading engineering teams in a high-growth, tech-driven environment, preferably in a scale-up environment.
- Strong background in **software engineering, DevOps, and system architecture** at scale, serving millions of daily users.
- Track record of **hiring, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams**.
- Ability to **balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution**.
