**WHY WE NEED YOU ?**

Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Product Content team to improve and scale the user experience across our cloud plateform. Your mission will be to create clear, concise, and consistent product content across the Scaleway Console, working in close collaboration with product designers, product managers, and developers. With a content-first mindset, you will help ensure that our user interface is intuitive, informative, and aligned with our product vision.

**YOUR FUTURE TEAM**

We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together. You’ll join a team of 8, including 5 technical writers, 2 UX writers (soon to be 1), and 1 product manager dedicated to learning. The team is structured by product expertise, with each writer covering a specific domain (Compute, Network, etc.). You’ll report to Océane**,** Head of Documentation & Learning, who brings a strategic vision for content and fosters a collaborative, technically curious environment.

**YOUR DAILY ROUTINE**
- **Write and refine UI conten**t for Scaleway Console (buttons, flows, messages, errors, onboarding, etc.)
- Actively contribute to product design processes with a **“content-first” approach**:

- Attend and **contribute to weekly product squad rituals and design reviews**:

- Ensure consistency with voice and tone guidelines and content style guides
- Occasionally **update or collaborate on technical documentation**:

- ** Review and challenge existing content** to improve clarity and usability
- **Collaborate** with designers, PMs, and developers to ship great user experiences
- Identify and lead content simplification initiatives for complex product features
- Use Git and Markdown to participate in our docs-as-code environment

HARDSKILLS:

- 3+ years of experience in **UX writing** or **technical writing** in a digital product environment
- Proven experience working on complex products, ideally in cloud computing or B2B SaaS
- Mastery of figma (Git and Markdown is a plus)
- **Fluent English** speaker and writer
- Experience with developer consoles or product interfaces is a strong plus
- Understanding of content design principles and localization constraints
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for a broad user base
