**Your Team**:
Mirakl launched Mirakl Ads in November 2022, an innovative retail media solution that empowers businesses to monetize their eCommerce web traffic across both marketplace and first party offerings while delivering more value to advertisers, marketplace sellers and publishers.

Mirakl Ads is a unique collection of tools that sets it apart from other platforms. By leveraging Mirakl's knowledge in eCommerce best practices, product data management, and conversion optimization, we have developed a purpose-built Retail Media solution that maximises sales and enhances profitability through digital advertising expenditure.

In order to facilitate the swift adoption of Mirakl Ads and actively contribute to our growth, we are currently looking for a Business Developer to join our Paris office. In this role, you will play an instrumental part in driving our growth and promoting the rapid adoption of our retail media solution, Mirakl Ads.

Your primary responsibility will involve serving as a crucial driver of growth for Mirakl customers. This entails recruiting and onboarding strategic advertisers onto their Retail Media programs.

**Your Impact**:
In the role of Business Developer for Mirakl Ads, you will become a valuable member of our activation team. Your primary responsibilities will entail developing Mirakl's retail media activities through a combination of business development and account management efforts.

**Your Role**:

- Defining growth strategy with Mirakl Marketplace operators business owners (targets, propositions, action plans) aiming to maximize both the volume of active players and the value invested in advertising solutions
- Leading business development operations though appropriate offers and acquisition channels (1to1, 1tomany)
- Negotiating and convincing advertisers to rapidly start on the platform
- Supporting and training them to create advertising campaigns and to optimize them trough available product features and data based recommendations
- Monitoring both operator ads income evolution and performance of key advertisers
- Constantly animating the ads ecosystem with offers, recommendation's analysis aiming to secure understanding of ads value proposition and business dynamic
- Being the voice of the advertisers, understanding new business needs in order to develop news features or advertising products

**Your Profile**:

- You have a Master's degree in Business, Marketing or Finance
- A prior experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management is mandatory
- Experience in online advertising is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- You have an appetite for commercial prospection and B2B relationships
- You are a highly business-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments
- Fluency in French and English languages is required.
