Je recherche un responsable logiciel pour une équipe de développement basée à Marseille.

**Localisation**: Marseille

**Start date**: ASAP

**Duration**: 6 mois renouvelables, possibilité d’embauche après au moins une année de mission

Le Software Team Lead manage une équipe de développement logiciel comprise entre 5 et 10 personnes, et rapporte hiérarchiquement au responsable logiciel de la Digital Factory. Il interagit également au quotidien avec les responsables produits, les équipes commerciales, les équipes d’exécution de projet, et les autres équipes de développement. Enfin il est le référent pour la Factory basée à Marseille et de ce fait interagit avec les équipes locales telles que la finance, les RH, le juridique, la direction etc.

**Job scope**:
1. Assurer l’ensemble des tâches inhérentes au management (recrutement, objectifs, évaluation, formations, gestion de la charge...)
2. Piloter certains projets en affectant les ressources (certaines pourront être dans un autre centre de développement de la Factory), gérant les plannings et les budgets, et en étant garant d’une livraison dans les coûts et les délais avec un niveau de qualité optimal
3. Assurer un leadership auprès de l’équipe sur la méthodologie de développement afin d’optimiser l’efficacité opérationnelle
4. Apporter de l’expertise lors de l’identification des besoins du client et de l’établissement des propositions techniques
5. Participation aux développements, à la mise en place des outils, et aux tests
6. Participer au rapprochement des équipes avec les autres équipes de la Digital Factory
7. Supporter administrativement la gestion des équipes rattachées à Marseille
8. Assurer une veille sur les outils, technologies, et partenaires liés à l’activité logicielle

Diplôme d’ingénieur ou master professionnel en informatique, avec une expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans le développement logiciel avec fonctions d’encadrement d’équipes.

**Must have**:
Maîtrise de la programmation logicielle, préférentiellement sur les langages.NET, Angular, et Python.
Bonne connaissance de plusieurs SGBD, relationnelles et non relationnelles
Connaissances dans l’embarqué et dans le cloud (préférentiellement MS Azure)
Pratique de méthodes agiles comme Kanban, Scrum, XP
Management et exploitation des données / Data Science
Anglais courant indispensable
