**Your Mission**

We are looking for a Finance Apprentice (Hybrid) to join the Financial Control team at BlaBlaCar. The mission is to ensure accurate, transparent, and compliant financial management while supporting informed decision-making within the company. As a Finance Apprentice, your role will be to assist with financial transactions and operations, support financial reporting, conduct financial analysis and participate in financial projects. You will be reporting to the group accounting manager and working with a team of 8.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices, handling payments, and managing financial records. Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- General Ledger accounting
- Analyze financial data
- Help in preparing financial reports and statements
- Work on specific finance-related projects, such as process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, or implementing new financial systems

**Your Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in basic accounting principles, including understanding debits and credits, financial transactions, and familiarity with financial statements
- Strong skills in using Microsoft Excel/GSheets for data analysis and financial reports. This includes knowledge of functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others
- You are organized, results-driven, and are able to prioritize in a changing environment
- Fluency in English
