**Context of the Role**

We are looking for an intern to join our Finance team to support and drive a wide range of interesting tasks and initiatives:

- Manage the accounting documents (AP Invoices, AR Invoices, Bank statements, etc.)
- Record the accounting entries.
- Invoices and payment matching
- Issue AR invoices on monthly basis
- Help with computing and declaring VAT
- Help with monthly/quarterly/annual close
- Manage the relationship with our third parties especially vendors and clients.
- Prepare the vendors payment batches.
- Ad-hoc mission depending on specific needs and project within the group

**Some of the key work you will do**:

- Liaise with financial accountants, finance manager, finance controller and other related parties from the business and operations to assist in streamlining the processes around accounting and management reporting
- Assist in daily administrative matters and ad hoc tasks in the Finance function
- Prepare the month end accounting schedules for month end closing purposes
- Assist in the preparation of the annual financial statements and statutory accounts of the entities assigned
- Prepare audit working schedules and attend to queries from auditors during interim and year-end audit

**What are we looking for?**
- Students studying a BTS or DUT in the accounting field
- Curiosity and good attention to detail
- Know your way around technology, familiarity with G-suite and MS Office is ideal
