**What you’ll do**:
We aim to lead the transition towards a more circular economy and more responsible consumption, while being a purpose-driven and inclusive company. We are currently setting up the sustainability foundations for the whole company and ESG/sustainability-related reporting, and building a team that will further define and implement the ESG strategy in Adevinta.
As an ESG/Sustainability Reporting and Communication Manager you will report to the Head of Sustainability and help lead ESG/sustainability-related reporting, disclosure and communication. You’ll be an important part of the team that builds a better future for the company
Participate in the definition of ESG and sustainability-related reporting and communication strategies as well as explore opportunities to enhance them including mapping and aligning with regulatory requirements
Keep up to date with reporting frameworks, regulations, market trends and developments on ESG disclosure, and associated practices
Create and develop content for ESG reporting indexes - Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI), Carbon Disclosure Programme (CDP); and sustainability-related reports - Second Hand Effect Report, UN Global Compact reporting, etc.
Create and develop content for internal reporting on sustainability performance, as well as questionnaires and requests related to investors, financial analysts, etc. Work closely with the Adevinta Communication team to provide expert content to all the ESG related internal and external communications
Develop ESG-related reporting systems and data collection tools to support reporting content and establish all necessary processes for capturing, organising and reporting ESG indicators
Develop a strong network with sustainability stakeholders and key functions within Adevinta
