Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) are key contributors to the growth of Cognizant’s business. They support the Client Partner and act as business owners for assigned accounts, managing the day-to-day activities and P&L of these accounts. They proactively identify new opportunities on accounts and plan for and close the extension of existing agreements. The CRM works with delivery teams to maximize backlog, optimizing the resource mix and navigating scope changes to ensure client expectations are met. They work towards establishing a positive client experience through delivery excellence. This role is a high visibility and challenging opportunity and requires high amount of commitment, business acumen, leadership qualities and motivated attitude to perform well.

**We are looking for a sales leader with digital and domain experience in the Technology industry to work with a platinium client within Life Science.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and manage a pipeline of new and expansion opportunities across the account
- Develop impactful and trusted consultative relationships with targeted executives.
- Bring domain knowledge, understand client’s business and deliver business outcomes.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to provide thought leadership with key client stakeholders
- Be a customer advocate to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction across the customer digital journey.
- Responsible for Backlog growth - Existing projects + Renewals/Extensions + Rate Revisions
- Drive RFP response & proactive proposals to deliver high win rates
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the clients
- Define and improve the go-to-market plans, offerings and value propositions
- Build strong internal relationships with Cognizant’s vertical BU Heads, offshore Delivery, Service Line Specialist and other key team members
