**Mission Details**:
ARKEMA is looking for a Regional Process Owner Adhesives Order To Cash (OTC) - EMEA

Located in Colombes, in the Hauts-de-Seine department (92), Arkema France's head office employs over 800 people.
The facility houses the Group's functional divisions and most of its business units.
The 4.20 workshop, a design showroom dedicated to our innovative solutions, was created to learn about and experiment with our chemistry.

Attached to the Global BPO Supply Chain - Order to Cash, you evolve within a team of Supply Chain experts, aiming at optimizing the processes, the organization and the performances of the regional Supply Chain.

You are the regional process reference in your domain and you work at the regional level with your network of teams and key users of the BU, in close touch with your solution expert counterparts (iTeam) and the deployment team.

You will also insure the bridge with the other areas through close communication with the Global Process Owner for OTC.

Your role is to cover all pre-sales activities (contract, pricing...), order entry as central activity and post-sales activities (invoicing, claims management...)

This role includes the change management analysis within the organization.

You will be responsible for improving the maturity of the domain in your region, the reliability and simplification of the processes as well as the implementation of appropriate reporting and effective monitoring.

**Required Profile**:
You have at least 10 years of experience as a manager in the Supply Chain field.
You have a good knowledge of the SAP SD module.
You are experienced in Change Management, have very good process implementation skills and the ability to present information in an understandable way.
You are a team player and a good communicator.
International experience and fluency in English is required.
