**About the role**
As a Customer Success Executive at Car & Classic, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional experiences to our valued customers in the classic car industry.

Your passion for exceptional service delivery and your dedication to customer satisfaction will make you an integral part of our dynamic team. With your outstanding communication skills and problem-solving abilities, you will engage with customers, provide technical support, build strong relationships, and gather valuable feedback relaying this to our teams for the optimisation of our products & services.

**The skills, attributes and experience you must have**:

- **Commercial Understanding**: Strong business acumen with exposure to sales processes and the ability to drive business growth and revenue generation.
- **Knowledge of Buying and Selling Vehicles**: Understanding of the classic car industry, including the buying and selling process, market trends, and customer preferences.
- **Technical Ability**: Comfort and familiarity with technology, particularly in a tech-startup environment, including working with CRM systems and other bespoke software.
- **Financial Transaction Understanding**: Familiarity with financial transactions related to buying and selling vehicles, such as invoicing, KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, and invoicing processes.
- **Complaint Handling Best Practices**: Experience and expertise in effectively managing and resolving customer complaints and conflicts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Conflict Resolution Experience**: Proven ability to handle conflicts and challenging situations with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
- **Excellent Communication**: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams at all levels.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions, data entry, and documentation.
- **Excellent Teamwork**: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating a cooperative and supportive approach that fosters a positive work environment and contributes to the overall team’s success.

**Skills, attributes and experience it would be nice for you to have**:

- **Multilingual**: Fluency in any of the following languages would be highly advantageous in this role, Spanish | French | Italian, Further enabling effective communication with our global customers across the world.
