Global HR Projects and Processes Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive Global HR Projects and processes Coordinator to join our HR development team. The role will primarily focus on HR project / processes management, providing key support in talent development programs and HR data systems, while also assisting with transversal HR processes tasks (People Review and Global mobility) in **a support capacity**.

**Key Responsibilities**

Global HR Projects:

- Support global HPS BU HRDs in managing a portfolio of existing talent development programs.
- Assist in designing, testing, and rolling out new talent development programs, as well as implementing Corporate-driven programs in the fields of leadership development, Sustainability, Diversity and Inclusion, Innovation.
- Contribute to various aspects of these programs, including content development, logístical arrangements, and communication strategies.
- Work under the supervision of senior team members, providing support in project management and execution.
- Play a significant role in the HR data and systems dimension, especially in the context of transitioning to a new Corporate HRIS. This involves participating in the design and implementation of the new tool and related processes.

People Review support:

- Support in the preparation of People Review meetings, which involve reviewing employee profiles, career assumptions and succession planning for key positions.
- Assist the person in charge of People Review coordination by collaborating with various HR stakeholders (Regions, Countries, Businesses) and management in organizing these meetings.

Compensation
- Prepare the annual campaign in collaboration with country Comp&Ben and country HRDs : 6200 executives in 55 countries, 60 HR coordinators
- Preparation of the group's HRIS,
- Provide support during the process until payroll processing

International Mobility Support:

- Assist International Mobility Managers in the development and proposal of international assignment packages.
- Help in the logístical and administrative /compliance related aspects of international assignments.

**Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?** Required Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in data analysis, HRIS systems
- Understanding of Talent development development processes and international mobility
- Proven experience in project coordination
- Teamwork skills and flexibility
- Excel and Power BI skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a global environment.
