Why this role matters?

As People Project & Development Manager, you will lead strategic HR initiatives that shape the future of our people strategy. From M&A integration, Talent development, HRIS transformation, Employer branding, your work will directly impact how we attract, retain, and empower talent globally.

How will you make an impact?


• Monitor & follow-up project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with HR strategy.


• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets.


• Coordinate & reports progress of cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Communication) to drive HR transformation projects aligned with our strategic pillars: Care, Attract, Retain, Empower


• Lead & design HR transformation projects (M&A from due diligence to integration, HR organization redesign, HR policies/process review…)


• Co-monitor HRIS projects with the HRIS project manager


• Lead People development hand-to-hand with Chief People Officer: Talent Acquisition, Grading, Talent Acquisition, C&B, Performance,...


• Support the harmonization of HR data reporting

What makes you a great fit

We're looking for someone who blends knowledge, experience, and passion. Ideally you can demonstrate:

  • 5+ years in HR project management or HR Generalist role in an international context.
  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies & HR data control
  • Experience in HR transformation projects (HR organization redesign, HR policies review, M&A,..) & HR processes re-engineering
  • Fluency in English & French
