An opportunity has arisen for a Workplace Technical Operations Lead to join Arm’s Workplace Experience team at our Sophia Antipolis Office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working in line with the local Workplace Experience team and acting as first-tier support
- Working with key collaborators across the site to ensure that the buildings are working in line with our expectations and that they meet our needs
- Identify and lead O&M’s for each of our Sophia Antipolis buildings
- Ensure the team understand how to utilise all of the tools and systems so that our facilities run in an effective, efficient and safe way
- Supervise building performance and provide trend reporting
- Identify project opportunities to get the best out of our portfolio (systems upgrades, additional maintenance etc.)
- Work with Service providers to ensure that PPMs are aligned to the appropriate standard.
- Drive the sustainability agenda - ensuring our buildings efficiently use power, water, heat etc.
- Look for opportunities to test, experiment and improve the user experience
- Identify training opportunities, knowledge articles etc. where needed for the team, service partners and office manager community
- Align with the Workplace Team to ensure that people in Arm get a consistent workplace experience
- Partner with other SMEs in the global workplace team to understand changes that are going to be required (e.g. new tech, new H&S policies etc.), develop the roadmap in partnership with SMEs and Regional Workplace Lead and drive the implementation to the agreed timescales

- Confident with technology, skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Confident influencer who can engage with partners at all levels of the business.
- Comfortable making and supporting decisions
- Takes a customer-focused approach to everything
- Recognises potential risks and works to resolve them proactively.
- Good at resolving sophisticated issues
- Flexible, willing to adapt to changing responsibilities and assignments.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable explaining technical issues to non-technical people and non-technical issues to technical people.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Experience in looking after space management and office relocation.
