**Sales Manager**
Marugal is currently recruiting for its Paris office a Sales Manager to join the Global Sales & Marketing team.
**About the job position**:
This Sales Manager will be based in Paris but reporting to the Global Director of Sales in Spain’s head office. This person will be responsible for the planning and execution of the different sales activities to maintain and develop key accounts for the french properties. Travel will be required both within the assigned region where the hotels are and internationally according to the sales plan.
**Main duties**:
- In coordination and under the guidelines of the Global DOSM, the Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Planning and setting the sales strategy as well as analyzing the performance data of the assigned properties and their future performance forecast.
- Planning and participation in national and international sales actions with key accounts.
- Creating and developing hotel packages and experiences in coordination with the different HOD.
- Together with the Revenue team, analyse and implement the necessary pricing and distribution actions based on the sales evolution.
- Managing and supervising the events department and its team.
- Planning and coordinating together with the marketing team all the activities based on the marketing annual plan.
- Supervising the hotels' online reputation.
- Coordinating with the hotels the relationships with the media, in collaboration with the public relations teams.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
- Degree in Tourism, Marketing or Business Administration.
- +4 years in sales management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Advanced level of English and French
