PARIS - _ - CDI - _ - MARKETING - _ - 40 À 48 € - JE PARRAINE UN AMI LA SOCIÉTÉ Start-up créée en 2016, elle développe un logiciel SaaS proposant une suite d’outils pour convertir les audiences, gérer les abonnements et fidéliser les membres pour tous les créateurs de contenus en ligne. Flexible et simple d’utilisation, elle s’adresse principalement aux médias, aux plateformes de divertissement et aux marques souhaitant créer du contenu en ligne. Son objectif est de permettre aux éditeurs de contenus de maximiser la valeur de leur audience via des choix de compensation efficaces, au niveau des articles premium. Elle a également lancé son propre média destiné aux professionnels des médias, devenu une référence dans son domaine. DESCRIPTION DU POSTE **La dream team**: 2 personnes dans l'équipe CSM : 1 CSM et une Head of CSM (+ des supports) 3 personnes en marketing, donc un content manager **Tes missions si tu l’acceptes**: Le poste est à mi-chemin entre Content manager et Customer success manager: Développer et implémenter une stratégie de contenu alignée sur les objectifs de la boîte Création, édition et publication de contenu varié Gestion du contenu à travers un CMS. Promotion du contenu pour accroître la visibilité, notamment via des évènements réguliers Optimisation pour les moteurs de recherche et suivi des performances. Rencontre et gestion des clients internationaux (grands comptes notamment, anglophones et hispanophones) Conseiller les clients sur leur stratégie digitale et les aider sur l'utilisation de l'outil SaaS **Process de recrutement**: Un premier entretien avec un des co-fondateurs Un deuxième entretien avec la Head of Customer Success et un des co-fondateurs Un possible roleplay selon le profil Enfin un déjeuner avec l'équipe PACKAGE Variable sur objectifs liés au porte-feuille (jusqu'à 5k) Mutuelle perso et famille prise en charge à 100% (Alan) Stock options Tickets Restau Budget formation PROFIL RECHERCHÉ **Côté pro**: Tu as minimum 3 années d'expérience Soit tu es CSM avec une expérience marketing digital et/ou content manager (à défaut une très bonne compréhension de ces deux derniers) Soit tu es Content manager avec une expérience de la relation/accompagnement client (à défaut une appétence forte pour cette dernière) Tu maîtrises les outils classiques de ces deux métiers et tu es résolument "Data driven" Tu parles un anglais, un espagnol et un français parfaits (gros plus si tu es anglophone) **Nice to have**: bonne connaissance du monde des médias et créateurs de contenu **Côté perso**: Une rédaction impeccable Un fort esprit analytique, rigoureux, organisé et structuré Un esprit relationnel inné, conseiller et aider, c'est ta seconde nature De l'humour aussi, on aime bien ça
