**GENERARE** est actuellement à la recherche d'un/e technicien/ne sénior **en CDI** pour rejoindre notre équipe à **Paris,** dans le 4ème arrondissement, à partir de **septembre 2025.**

Generare est une jeune entreprise de biotechnologie dont la mission est de découvrir et produire à grande échelle des **produits microbiens naturels d’intérêt thérapeutique.**

Nous cherchons un/e technicien/ne désireux/se de participer à cette aventure entrepreneuriale et industrielle pour explorer l'ingéniosité de la nature.

**Description du poste**:
Le poste consiste à mener les manipulations quotidiennes de l’équipe R&D dont les projets visent à optimiser le processus permettant la découverte de produits naturels de grande valeur à partir de bactéries environnementales.

Les projets font intervenir des techniques de microbiologie et biologie moléculaire notamment l’isolation et identification de bactéries, l’extraction d’ADN, des PCRs, du clonage, du séquençage et des transformations.
- **Collaboration**: Travailler en étroite relation avec son équipe pour planifier et exécuter les flux de travail et atteindre les objectifs de l’équipe R&D
- **Entretien**: Préparer le matériel de laboratoire et entretenir l’équipement
- **Documentation**: Assurer la traçabilité, la documentation et la qualité des résultats expérimentaux

**Profil recherché**:

- Licence ou BTS en biologie, biotechnologies ou microbiologie
- Expérience préalable comme technicien/ne de laboratoire, idéalement dans l'industrie biotechnologique ou laboratoire de microbiologie (5 ans minimum)
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe
- Maîtriser des techniques de biologie moléculaire et microbiologie de base
- Solides compétences en communication en anglais et maîtriser le français
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de reporting (cahier de laboratoire)
