We are looking for our **Partnership Assistant (F/M)**for a 6-month internship starting in January 2025.

This involves working with the tourism industry in Paris and internationally to develop the image of La Samaritaine and attract a high-end French and international individual clientele.

The missions revolve around two axes:

- VIC customer requests: Coordination and reservations of all requests for private shopping experiences between partners, the Apartment team
- B2B partnerships: 5* Hotels & Palaces, private concierge services, museums, tour operators, high-end travel agencies, etc.

**Main missions**:

- 1/ Support for teams for:

- partner meetings
- store visits
- events
- film shoots
- reception of VIP customers.
- 2/ Management of partner and customer requests:

- coordination with store/head office teams
- reservation of personal stylist/salon services, visits, experiences linked to our agency.
- 3/ Database monitoring and KPIs:

- Contact database monitoring
- producing reports
- monitoring of KPIs
- analysis of customer feedback and communication campaigns
- 4/ Communication:

- Monitoring of campaigns and communication tools: Design and production, compliance with back-planning of content production, monitoring of translations, proofreading of texts and monitoring of printing and deliveries
- Management of B2B Newsletters: follow-up of retro-planning, search for topics, coordination of content with the different services, distribution and monitoring of KPIs
- Development and implementation of B2B & B2C communication tools
- Virtuoso communication monitoring

5/ Monitoring B2B trade shows

6/ Participation in virtual B2B trade shows and webinars

**Your profile**:
You are preparing a Master's level diploma.
Knowledge of luxury codes would be a plus.
You must be fluent in French and English.
You are recognized for your dynamism, your creativity and your attraction to figures and analyses.
- Job-related constraints:

- The work is carried out in a prolonged sitting position
- The work is done on a screen and in an open space
