We are currently looking for an Account Coordinator (M/F/d) to join our KAM team in our office in Paris. Our Key Account Management team focuses on the commercial side of the business, negotiating increased commissions, exclusive codes, and branded marketing campaign deals with global players like H&M, Adidas, and TUI, as well as local SME brands. KAM teams operate independently in local markets to achieve global OKR’s allowing for the share of knowledge, insights, and skills across markets. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:
- Support in the market research and acquisition of new partners
- Manage a diverse portfolio of small and medium sized accounts within your region
- Drive sales initiatives and negotiate constantly with partners
- Work alongside Key Account Managers and collaborate on projects and initiatives
- Drive results among partners by consulting their needs of the couponing/ deals channel
- Track and analyse success metrics and KPIs on your accounts
- Initiate and focus on opportunities and solutions for partners
We are a match if you have...
- BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or similar.
- Previous experience (including Internship), preferably in sales/ account management/ partnership management
- Excellent writing and communication skills, excels in building relationships
- Good knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector
- Good partner relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve unforeseen problems logically and strategically
- Entrepreneurial, data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through analytical thinking
- Fluent in French and English
