**In this Role, you’ll get to**
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the France market.
- Ensure all campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Build, manage, and monitor campaign landing pages and related assets to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Operate and optimise CRM campaigns to improve user engagement and retention.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as the design, content and legal teams, to implement high-quality campaigns that meet France market needs.
- Develop and localise marketing copy and content in France to ensure cultural relevance and audience engagement.

**What you'll Need to Succeed**
- A creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and handle competing priorities effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in French is essential for crafting culturally relevant content and campaigns. Strong proficiency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus.3+ years in marketing campaign execution, ideally within the travel or related industry.
