Marketing Manager, New Product Development

Position Overview
As Marketing Manager, New Product Development & Insights you will be working on the development of all product skews across France, as well as monitoring and leveraging latest insights to ensure brand’s product lines stay on trend & meet our guest's demands.
Essential Functions
**Marketing Implementation and Execution**: Support delivery of short
- and long-term marketing and media plans. Support the team’s work with key stakeholder groups including Agencies, Regional Offices, HQ, EIPC, DAs, and Boards to deliver strategies and tactics.
Support program execution and analysis. Attend and present at key meetings, conference calls etc. as required. Manage meeting and conference calls logistics.
**Insights**: Support delivery of consumer insight studies including pre/post creative evaluation. Utilize resources, processes and tools to effectively measure the performance of programs.
**Leadership**: Support marketing leadership team in managing the marketing function, agencies, and boards.
**Agencies**: Work collaboratively and effectively with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure seamless delivery of integrated marketing. Support and deliver ARB process to ensure it is adhered to.
**Budgets**: Support management of region's marketing activation budget forecast and spending. Ensure spending is in line with the iFAF Governance manual and projects are delivered on budget.
Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor's Degree required (Marketing or Business)
- 2-6 years overall experience
- Self-motivated, eloquent and dedicated to the brand - adaptable & flexible team player
- Strong influencing skills and ability to think strategically
- Proven & experienced project manager
- Passionate & strong knowledge of the food industry and retailer landscape
- Excellent organisational & communication skills
- Good research and analytical skills
- Experience with sales data & analysis
- Skills using Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
