**Your future responsibilities**:
Reports to Durable Goods EMEA Regional Director, dotted line to Durable Goods Global (FP&A).
Located in France Headquarter in Colombes. Travelling to Entities & Plants required.
- Provide monthly financial reports for DG EMEA with explanations on key variations by BU compared to budget / prior year and forecast.
- Business Partner - Provide decision support and financial analyses to Business teams (P&L owners, Product management and Pricing, Supply Chain.
- High connectivity job level internally : Business, Purchasing, Production, Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, PLM.
- SAP rolled out in 75% of the perimeter.

265 M€ annual EMEA budget sales on 15 technologies in 17 countries (11 manufacturing sites).

Your tasks:

- Controlling and Reporting- Ensure reliability and relevance of financial data reported by entities and plants on a monthly basis
- Analyze monthly financial reporting with identification and explanation of key variations by entity compared to Budget/prior year and forecasts
- Prepare 3 months forecast in partnership with Business teams & Plant controllers
- Provide Trade Working Capital Analysis : Inventory, Receivables, Overdues and work with Supply Chain on Inventory target definition & follow up.
- Elaborate monthly RCG deck for BU Steer Committee
- Develop relevant reports, tools & trackers in order to provide decision support and financial analyses to Business teams - Business Reviews, P&L owners, Product management, Pricing, Supply Chain - and validate M&A opportunities
- Acquisitions - Support the integration of Finance teams and reporting standardization- Build and monitor regional Budget cycle : calendar, templates, consolidation at EMEA level, submission to BU Steer Committee

Management & Process- Responsibility of Bostik SA reporting : Flash, Closing steps validation, Budget preparation in SAP
- Ensure the compliance and update of EMEA Delegation of commitments
- SAP Implementation - Support entities and plants along the process of SAP implementation (Preparation Workshops, Testing, Golive)- Manage a team of 2 Analysts located in Colombes, 2 Plant controllers located in Ribécourt & Pouzauges, 1 Benelux FP&A located in Nazareth (Belgium).

**The profile were are looking for**:

- You have a degree in Economics and Finance (Bachelor, MBA / Master)
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Audit / Controlling in B to B, preferably in the chemical industry. Manufacturing experience : finance, capital and cost accounting. Project Management experience preferred
- Technical knowledge (tools, skills) and functional knowledge (business, sector...)
- Solid analytical skills, record of strong continuous learning
- Advanced skills in Office pack range (Excel, Word, Powerpoint),
- Required qualities:

- Excellent communication skills in cross functionality and multinational environment.
- Flexibility, reactivity, well-developed capability to adapt to change.
- Due to the international dimension of the group, a fluent level of English is imperative
