We are looking for a **Global Medical Affairs Study Coordinator F/M** who will work and grow within the Global Medical Affairs department/unit and will report to Assoc. Director GMA Molecular Biology within a team of 9 co-workers.

This position will be based in **Marcy l’Etoile CDE.**

**What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?**
- Support the Global Medical Affairs teams by performing operational, logístical & organizational activities related to the preparation and execution of Peri
- & Post-launch studies (PPLS)
- Interact directly with bioMérieux internal stakeholders (global & local) and external partners.
- Report progresses, key achievements, changes, blocking points to the PPLS management teams.

**Main Accountabilities**:
**Operational, logístical & organizational activities**
- Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of bioMérieux’s Quality System,
- Perform the forecasting and inventory/allocation management with the Global Supply Chain,
- Perform the follow-up and the tracking of instruments and reagents shipment/delivery,
- Follow up Purchase Orders (reception & treatment),
- Perform invoices check (accuracy & transfer to Healthcare partners),
- Initiate and manage the follow-up of the bioMérieux financial compensation process with bioMérieux subs/or distributors when relevant,
- Initiate the operations set-up, perform the follow-up of regulatory support (for study submission, import, customs ), liaise with the relevant internal stakeholders and provide the requested information and/or documents,
- Coordinate the instrument on-site installation and training with the local teams,
- Support and perform the follow-up of the closure of the clinical sites
- Interact directly or with managerial support with bioMérieux internal stakeholders (global & local) such as finance, supply chain, medical affairs, marketing, R&D, legaland external stakeholders (e.g., Healthcare partners, Contract Research Organization ).

**Organization related tools**
- Set-up, maintain, harmonize all the necessary tracking tools and dashboards (financials, on-site installations and trainings) to ensure a smooth implementation and follow-up of the studies,
- Consolidate monthly all tracking tools and dashboards to report to PPLS teams.

**Who are you?**
- Bac +2/+3 in sciences/administration.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft word, PowerPoint and excel
- Highly organized and motivated individual with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives in a self-sufficient manner
- Fluent in French and english
